At the Lost Sock Laundromat kids catch falling socks. Not just any sock, but the ones that fit the rule. This is a fun arcade style game and it is chocked full of real phonics. Letter sounds are pronounced and repeated for better comprehension. "Catch the words that begin with the sound "t" as in tap". Lost Your Marbles is a fun snake type game. Kids are challenged to find certain types of words and at higher levels, parts of speech. Upon completing a series correctly players receive a mini-arcade game, just like snake, where they use arrow keys to move a snake and earn points. At the Lost Toys Train Yard children build words with letters and then at higher levels make words by adding suffixes. The Balloon Blowout is a blast. Kids unscramble letters to make words, words to make sentences and sentences to make stories. Upon completion of a series children play a mini-arcade game like pong. In Picture This, kids use stickers to make posters. Players must use reading comprehension skills and follow directions to make the correct posters. The Treasure Room holds bmail (blaster mail) from Blaster friends and kids, a progress report, printable words search puzzles, and 15 stories to read. The mini-arcade games are fun, but when kids earn 5 keys they are taken to the intergalactic lost-and-found. Here they have a list of things to find in an I Spy type game that kids love.
